COVID 19 Update: Face Covering Requirements in Facilities

At NetActuate, we continue to remain operational 24×7 with both onsite and remote technical teams. We are continuing to evaluate and implement policies to further protect the health and safety of our customers and employees.

As stay at home and social distancing guidelines begin to ease, many of our facility operators are requiring all staff and visitors wear a mask or cloth face covering at all times while inside the building. According to the CDC, a cloth face covering can include a scarf, bandana, or cloth that covers the nose and mouth. Cloth face coverings should:

  • Fit snugly but comfortably against the side of the face
  • Be secured with ties or ear loops
  • Allow for breathing without restriction
  • Be able to be laundered and machine dried without damage or change to shape

Some facilities do have limited supplies of masks for those who arrive without one, but it is strongly recommended by most operators that you provide your own. If you have any questions about the requirements for entering a facility in which you are deployed, please contact us at support@netactuate.com.
