Barranquilla, Colombia is the county's fourth-largest city and a major Caribbean port. The city is the core of the Barranquilla metropolitan area, with a population of over 2 million, which also includes the municipalities of Soledad, Galapa, Malambo, and Puerto Colombia.

NetActuate’s Barranquilla POP is located in V.tal’s BDC2 facility. This site features 2MW of power, N+1 redundancy, and direct connectivity to the PIT Colombia IX. It also provides subsea access via TAM-1 and Telxius cable landing systems making it a natural gateway for connectivity to the Caribbean, North America, and beyond. AT&T is among the major tenants operating from the BDC2 facility.
