New Director of Global Networking Joins the Staff of NetActuate

NetActuate is pleased to announce that Kate Gerry has recently joined the staff as Director of Global Networking.“Kate brings to NetActuate over a decade of experience building and optimizing large-scale infrastructure deployments,” said Mark Mahle, CEO and Principal Technology Architect. “We are thrilled to have her skills and leadership on board here.”As Director of Global Networking, Kate will oversee the management of NetActuate’s 33 global locations, ensuring high uptime and performance from each. She will bring to this work over 10 years of experience managing large-scale cloud infrastructure for a nationally-focused datacenter company, and over 15 years' experience supporting a wide range of routing and switching platforms.“I’m excited to join NetActuate and work on an extensive global network that’s rapidly expanding” said Kate Gerry, Director of Global Networking for NetActuate. “I look forward to working with our customers, partners, and providers on architecting our network to deliver best in class services, including BGP anycast, 100g wavelength, and IP transit and transport across every continent and market.
