SAML Integration
NetActuate supports SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On (SSO), allowing your team to authenticate through your organization's identity provider. Once configured, users can log in to the NetActuate portal using their existing corporate credentials.
How It Works
SAML SSO delegates authentication to your Identity Provider (IdP). When a user attempts to log in, they are redirected to your IdP for authentication, then returned to the NetActuate portal with a valid session.
Supported Identity Providers
NetActuate provides integration guides for the following providers:
| Provider | Guide |
|---|---|
| Okta | SAML with Okta |
| Google Workspace | SAML with Google Workspace |
| Generic IdP | SAML with Generic IdP |
Any SAML 2.0-compliant identity provider can be configured using the Generic IdP guide.
Prerequisites
- An active NetActuate account with admin privileges
- Access to your organization's identity provider admin console
- A verified domain associated with your NetActuate account
Getting Started
- Navigate to Account → Settings → SAML in the NetActuate portal.
- Select your identity provider or choose the generic configuration.
- Follow the provider-specific guide to complete the setup.
