Returns one marketplace partner's public identity (name, website, logo, blurb), verified-partner flag and profile (tagline, about, services, news, links) plus how many of their published, portal-visible appliances are on the edge. Powers the customer partner page (portal partner/[slug].vue), de-hardcoding its PARTNER_CONTENT map. Only enabled partners resolve.
