Send an event

Accept an event from the customer's own software. Authenticated by the event source token as a bearer token, not by a session or API key; the source supplies the account. Rate limited per address, and each source has an hourly allowance. The body is stored as sent: no HTML purification, but leading and trailing whitespace is trimmed and empty strings arrive as null.
