Rotate log sender token
POST/logs-system/senders/:id/rotate
Generate a new token for a sender owned by the authenticated user. The previous token_hash is replaced immediately; the old plaintext may still be accepted for ingest for a short window until the next tenant-state publish cycle picks up the change.
